Travel Care offers you and your family one-sto[ protection when overseas. The comprehensive benefits you will enjoy are : -

OVERSEAS MEDICAL AND HOSPITALISAION EXPENSES
If you need medical readtment whilst overseas, we will reimburse you the medical and hospitalization expenses incurred.

POST-HOSPITALISATION MEDICAL EXPENSES
Arising from your overseas hospitasation, if you need follow-up treatment after returning to Singapore, we will reimburse you the medical expenses for the follow-up treatment incurred in Singapore.

COMPASSIONATE ACCOMODATION EXPENSES
If your immediate family is required to be with you due to your illness or injury, we will pay for your immediate family’s overseas accommodation expenses incurred.

EVACUATION AND/OR REPATRIATION EXPENSES
In the event of medical emergency, we will reimburse you the cost of emergency transportation to the nearest overseas hospital or back to Singapore including cost of medical attendant(s) required to accompany you en route.

CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT COVER
If your trip is cancelled or curtailed due to illness, injury or any event beyond your control, we will reimburse you the unconsumed deposit or charges you have to paid or are committed to pay for your trip.

FLIGHT DELAY COVER
We will compensate you for any delay (of at least 12 hours) in the departure of the aircraft or sea vessel you have arranged to travel in whilst overseas due to strike, adverse weather conditions or merchanical breakdown or failure of the aircraft or sea vessel.

OVERBOOKED FLIGHT/MISSED CONNECTION OF FLIGHT COVER
If you miss your connecting flight or fail to board your comfirmed overseas flight due to overbooking, we will reimburse you the expenses incurred for reasonable accommodation, meals and refreshment provided no alternative flight is available for at least 6 hours.

DELAYED BAGGAGE, LOST BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS COVER
We will reimburse you the purchase of essential items if your baggage is delayed whilst overseas. We will also cover you for accidental loss of or damage to your baggage and/or personal effects.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER
We will compensate you for death or total permanent disability caused by an accident. Cover commerces even while you are in Singapore from the time you leave your home or place of work for overseas trip. If an accident which results in death occurs while you are traveling in a public transport overseas, the compensation shall be doubled.

PERSONAL LIABILITY COVER
If you accidentally injure any personal or accidentally damage the property of any person whilst overseas, we will indemnity you if you are found legally liable to pay compensation.

HUACK COVER
We will compensate you if the public conveyance you are traveling in is hijacked and you and your trip is disrupted for at least 24 hours.

LOSS OF PERSONAL DOCUMENT
We will reimburse you the cost of replacing passport, travel tickets and other travel documents, including reasonable traveling and accommodation expenses incurred for the sole purpose of replacing the lost travel documents, if the loss is result of robbery, burglary or theft whilst overseas.

• Treatment for alcohol or drug abuse, nervous or mental condition, obesity, weight reduction or cosmetic purpose

• Negligence or default of travel agent or tour operator
• Government Regulation or Act

• Unattended baggage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to fragile or brittle articles
• Theft or robbery not reported to the police at the place of loss within 24 hours

• Liability arising from any agreement, trade, profession or business injury to family members or employees and loss of or damage to their property
