1. When will my shipment arrive?

1.1. If shipment by AIR FREIGHT normally it takes 1 to 2 days to arrived.

1.2. if shipment by SEA FREIGHT for intra Asia it takes about 3 to 10 days, the nearest country will the faster . e.g. Bangkok Thailand is about 3 days time. Japan and middle east it takes about 10 days. For shipments to US, UK and Europe countries it takes about 20 to 28 days to arrived.

2. What are the methods of payment?

2.1. For import shipment is we collect the GST upon the import permit is declared and other handling charges including payment pay on behalf to shipping Company will collect upon shipment delivered or during exchanged the D/O.

2.2. For Export shipments the payment had to make upon the B/L or AWB issued.

3. How do I report a loss/ damage claim for a KM Express shipment that failed to arrive, or was damaged?

Once you found the goods are damaged or loss. You can arranged for a survey if your shipment has been insured you can call your insurance company to arrange a joint survey at our warehouse.

4. What is the maximum size of package that I can send?

There is not size limited for a shipment, buy if the size is too big or odd sizes a special equipments or police escort may need to arrange during the delivery dur to the road safety.,

5. Our company would like to begin exporting products to several countries. As we have no previous experiences of doing this, can KM Express advise us?

Yes KM Express can advise you the best way to meet your shipment arrival date. Just provide us your shipment description, quantity and the mode of transport you wish to ship, we can advise you the shipment arrived date and the type of packing to prevent the damage of your goods.

6. How much will it cost to send a package?

It depends on how big is the package, we are charges according to the weight and the measurements, if is between the minimum range the charges will be cost about 100 to 200 dollars for a general cargoes.

7. How long will it take usually?

It depends on which area you are shipping to and the transport mode that you are taking the answer will be the same as the (1).

8. Do you deliver/collect from other parts of the World?

Yes we do, that is what we call it as DOOR to DOOR service, you just need to provide us the place to be collect / deliver we will handle all the necessary procedures including the Customs clearance booking of freight and etc to meet your needs.

9. Are my goods insured?

We do insured the cargoes for the clients but normally we do not insured for your cargo unless the instruction is by you to be insured for your goods.

10. Does KM Express only handle "air freight" shipments?

No. We are handle for both Sea and Air Freight, even we can handle your by Air to Sea or by Sea to Air, if you instructed us to do so.

11. Is pickup and delivery service available after hours or on weekends?

Yes we can do the pickup and delivery after office hours or on weekend but the overtime charges will be incurred.

14. How do I obtain a copy of a proof of delivery?

As long your shipment has been shipped we will issued you a copy of B/L if your shipment is by sea freight, if your shipment is by air we will issued you a copy of air way bill, if your shipment is instructed to be door to door service we will let you have a copy of delivery order after sign by your buyer to proof that shipment as been received by them.
